【華人健康網圖文提供／MamiBuy】晚上睡覺時，你會把另一半摟緊緊睡? 還是喜歡躺在床的一邊，兩人之間帶點距離？最新研究顯示，你與另一半的睡姿，竟然會透露了你們之間的關係？！
夫妻睡姿大解密！習慣碰觸感情更好
這研究找了1100對夫妻做測試，研究結果發現「兩人睡覺時，彼此間的身體『距離』是透露夫妻關係的關鍵因素」。比起身體距離超過30吋，僅僅距離1吋的夫妻，相對更快樂。另外，睡覺時，習慣用身體觸碰對方的夫妻，關係更加甜蜜。
這個研究是由心理醫生Samuel Dunkelly在Edinburgh 國際科學節所發表的。根據幾種睡姿他發現：
睡姿1／像嬰兒在媽媽肚裡般蜷曲的睡姿的人：比較容易猶豫不決、焦慮，對批評感到敏感。
睡姿2／側身躺著睡的人：比較容易妥協、個性隨和，不容易採極端立場。
睡姿3／大字睡的人：有種王者風範，比較有自信、開放而且豪邁。比較容易在臉上表現出剛強和完美主義。
夫妻睡姿大解密！習慣碰觸感情更好
這研究顯示，42%的人喜歡背對背睡著，31% 喜歡面對同一個方向，只有4%的人喜歡面對面睡。而大約有34%的人喜歡觸碰對方，12% 睡覺時身體距離少於1吋，2%的睡覺距離大於30吋。睡覺時，比起其他睡姿，用身體觸碰著另一方，彼此的感情會更好。
來自Hertford大學的心理學教授 Richard Wiseman說，94%的夫妻在睡覺時和對方有交流，會比背對背睡覺的人來的快樂。這是第一份藉由睡姿來研究夫妻關係的研究，它的研究有助於更認識對方的個性與彼此間的關係。
你覺得這份測驗是否準確呢?其實，兩人的睡姿可能還有百百種，而有人會打呼，愛翻身，睡眠條件不一樣，也會有影響。不過，如果可以面對面擁著彼此入睡，想必是一件很幸福的事吧！
